And it's not like we are in a contract with them for 24/36 months. We can all just go ahead and cancel it and there would be no legal issues whatsoever.
 
For those clamouring for government to sell its stake in Telkom, Multichoice stands as a shining example of what a near monopoly looks like in corporate hands.
 
I cannot understand why DSTV decreases the screen size for advertisements when viewing live sporting events. This is surely and infringement on the quality of the feed to the subscribers, as we are paying PREMIUM amounts for such broadcasts and do not expect such interruptions to the viewing experience.

Most of the contracts you even get the hardware for free...

Of course you are bound to a contract. But if you getting all this at such a great price, who would say no???

Their HD + Service has over 50 HD Channels!!! Would we ever see 50 HD Channels in our lifetime??

Guys, let's all go for it. We organize enough numbers and cancel our subscriptions until these crooks listen to our voices...

Lets do it. I'm with you on this one. By the way, convinced my sister to cancel as well. Mmhhh 1,999,999 to go.
 
Another one down. My mother is also going to cancel. I will have to pay her first month of Top TV though - Heck, why not.
 
Also cancelled. Here's hoping the MyBB forums would be the springboard to down multichoice to their knees like we did with Sentech
 
Need to pursuade my mother tonight that she needs to cancel. All she watches is Etv anyway! That and channel 125! Goodness, for that money she could get Dr Phil to personally come and give advice at home!
 
Cancelled Mine too.. Lets Bring these money grabbing Monopolies to thier knees! :twisted:
