Their legal department only sorted out my issues this week.

Just got a call from TTV asking about payment.

FFS, this is the most trouble I have gone through to cancel a subscription!!

I have spoken with their legal department before and they assured me the service has been cancelled and today I get a call asking about outstanding fee's!! Have no idea how to cancel this service!!!

Steps I have taken to cancel:
Phoned numerous times.
Sent emails.
Sent snail mail.
Spoken to Steyn Liebenberg at TTV
Forwarded ALL my cancellation emails to [email protected]
Spoken to TTV legal department, legal department assured me service has been cancelled.

I still have the normal SABC channel. I found a great DVD store in Gift Acres(PTA) that specializes in Series box sets.

So we just rent the whole series for 5 days and enjoy GREAT entertainment. We get some cartoons for the kids and they are happy.

The only thing I miss is rugby on TV. If the SABC could get their act together and broadcast the Curry Cup and Super 15, I would be happy.

So, I just got another invoice from TTV!!!!

Can I go to the police and open a charge of theft against these fscking morons!! They have still not cancelled my account and I feel I have done everything possible legally to cancel my account with them.
