Dual Input LCD Screen

I am trying to find a dual input 17" good quality LCD screen. Dual input meaning that it should ideally take two VGA connections with the ability to switch between the inputs through an on screen menu. I know there are screens with a DVI & VGA connection but dont know if you can connect both the ports at once and select from them.

It depends of the screen. I have two 20" LCDs. Both of them both have DVI and DSUB inputs. The one screen can switch between inputs with the push of a button, the other cannot (it detects input from the connections and gives preference to DVI.) The screens are the same make but different models.

I have a Samsung 226BW
Connect both a DVI and VGA cable at the same time (one from PC and other from XBOX)
Press the source button and instantly switches between them.

It's not 17" though The source button works perfectly well.

From what I hear (and have seen) is that the new Samsung screens have the source button (and a very nice glossy, silky look to them )
