Hi guys,
I injured my lower back at a trampoline park over a year ago and after seeing a chrio I was told I had an annular tear. With rehab exercises and some rest it got about 70%. I am still very limited in what I can do without my back flaring up again the next day though. The other day I did a leg workout and my lower back has been sore for 4 days now.
I am wanting to find a doctor / specialist that can properly diagnose me and give me treatment options. Do you guys know any in Durban that you would recommend?
Also I am on Discovery Coastal Core for medical aid and it seems like MRI and CT scans will have to come out of my pocket, so if anyone has found a way to get Discovery to pay for things like that I would greatly appreciate your advice!
Thanks!
