Durban North Exchange Issues

The Durban North exchange seems to be wonky. I've asked around and 5 other houses in Durban North are experiencing the same issue.
The adsl syncs but is unable to authenticate on any isps internet account. A ticket has been logged but maybe if more people complain it'll get fixed faster.

Also here near you, same stinking issue.. since the power came back on at 6pm, the line has been fine.. but the account is just not logging in.. WHY U DO DIS!

Logged the fault, told theres an issue in the area, however no ETA on possible fix.

I do really hope it's sorted soon.

I was able to authenticate after load shedding, but it usually takes about 15 minutes after the power comes back on. I'm on an MSAN.
