TTConnect has recently upgraded their fibre infrastructure in my neighbourhood, and since then me and my neighbours have been experiencing connectivity issues.
The Internet connection seems fine, then it's not. Some things load fast, others not, some things don't work at all. And sometimes it just drops for 2-10min.
My ISP is Afrihost, and the only provider in my area is TTConnect. When my neighbours, who have different ISPs, started experiencing the same issues as me, at the same exact time, I started talking to Afrihost.
Afrigirl in particular has been very helpful. At her request, I ran some speed tests to different locations. The results were terrible. I've included them below.
During each test,

What's sad is that there's been no acknowledgement from TTConnect on the issue. They must be aware of the issue considering how bad it is. We've been having these issues for multiple months.
Has anyone else experienced this?

During each test,
- The only internet traffic on the network was my computer, connected directly to the router via an Ethernet cable.
- I had my router open to ensure there was no other traffic using internet bandwidth.
- I monitored my router's CPU load, it never went above 45% during the speed tests.
