Duromine diet pills

boerenooi, better option, your doctor will advise you if its safe for you
duro comes in 15mg and 30mg, if you DO think of using it, start with 15mg a day first, if you start too high you'll experience radical thirst and mood swings, lower dosage is safer
if he feels duromine is too extreme he'll opt for ciplatrim also in 15mg and 30mg with less side effects though but since its a generic - isnt as intense or rapid but obviously it is the safer option

my sis in law uses 15mg 6am each morning, she has her bran flakes by 9, a yoghurt by 11, 2 boiled eggs and cold meats by 1, a fruit by 3 and a light dinner - quiche or a chicken breast and a veg...i know it sounds like so much to remember but put your daily snacks oon your desk in your office and they'll be in your face constantly because on duro or cipla - you tend to forget to eat, dont allow that, one week on duromine, one sunday off, another week on, one weekend off

Also - best snack? BILTONG! I lived on it! as much as you want whenever

these are tips Ive learnt being on it myself and also through my family we all tested them together saw what worked and what didnt

give it a try if your doctor allows it, please please do tell me what results you find after 7 days doing these tips - if you have no results I will swallow all my words like the previous gym boffin had to - also duro cant be taken with contraceptives, or anti depros, and also any ADD meds etc

I'm on all of the above. lol

unfortunately its not safe with mood stabilisers however when taken with contraceptives they must be taken no less than 13 hrs apart, contraceptive at night, duro or cipla in the morning however rather speak to your doc about all those contra indications

The best stimulants in the world won't help a poor diet. Fix your diet first, start intermittent fasting, add stimulants later.

Also, don't use something as dangerous as duromine - there is a reason it is restricted. Go for green tea extract - the ECGC in it is proven to work. It makes a small difference, around 5%, but it is cheap and safe.

Weight loss can only be done slowly and carefully. You will not lose all of the weight you want by Christmas, guaranteed.

Will green tea pills help at all?

Would you mind posting an example of what your daily diet is like (incl what you drink)?
Have you ever had any blood-tests/panels done?
Are you on any other medication?

A week ago:
morning: small portion of cereal (volgraan pronutro)
Snack: biltong and nuts or provita with nutbutter (not peanut butter)
lunch: I failed a bit here.. I normally buy the low fat or low carb microwave meals from woolies, but I have to admit that if I don't have that I'll get a quesadilla from the cafeteria at work (twice a week at most)
snack a bit again on biltong or nuts
supper: low carb meal (I have a service that makes supper for me and my family and delivers it, they have a low carb option)

What I eat now: The 28 day diet plan. You only eat 3 times a day and the meals that they tell you to eat.

I drink about 2-3 cups of coffee a day with one sweetner (I know). I'll have a cup of tea at night before bed also. I drink 2 pump bottles of water a day. I know I should drink more water a day, I'm working on that.

My downfall: We eat out about once a week. And I drink about once a week when there is a party or a braai.

radical weight loss last resort tip

only biltong and coke zero for 4 days

popcorns also really great as snacks and to replace a lunch as a meal

If you want to be healthy, cut out the refined foods.

Pronutro contains both sugar and soya flour. Sugar is a non-food, go through your cupboard and throw away everything with added sugar. Need sauce for pasta? Blend some fresh ingredients. The soya - there's conflicting information about it's effects on hormones, especially in women. Not a big deal, but again - there's no need to eat such refined and processed foods. Buy some oats and serve it with blueberries and cinnamon. If you have bags of sugar in your house - throw it out, it's not a food fit for humans, especially in their journey to recovery and optimal health.

Provita crackers: Processed food, don't eat it.

To a much lesser degree but still a processed food devoid of any real nutritional value.

The large majority of your diet needs to consists of whole, unprocessed foods. Vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, meat, fish, fats. Foods rich in macronutrients; food we've eaten for thousands of years. Your body is a biological system that has certain requirements & refined dead foods just aren't going to provide you with the array of vitamins, minerals, fibre, phytonutrients etc. that come packaged in whole foods. Imo the starting place for most people should always be eating for health, not for weight loss - because the majority of weight loss diets out there are absolute garbage for overall health and well-being.

I agree with saor. Please stay away from starvation diets (intermittent fasting is not starvation!), dangerous drugs, or diets consisting of say just biltong and coke. Not good.

So what do you eat during weekends? How much do you drink and what?
Do you overeat at these braais?
I'm a fairly slim guy and a naughty weekend sees me gaining 3+kg in water retention and whatnot. That's almost 5% of my total weight. It'll typically disappear by around Wednesday of the following week.

My wife doesn't eat between 8am and 7pm. Just plenty of liquids. At night she eats pretty much whatever she wants. She's been doing this for the lady couple of years while exercising regularly and intensively and she's reached her target weight and has been able to keep it there.

I normally don't eat the pronutro or the provitas, I only ate it, cause I was on weigh-less and they told me to. If I'm on no diet plan at all, I just don't do breakfast. I know this is also wrong. I'd rather have a brunch with bacon, eggs and onions, but my work schedule don't allow me to do this. I'm considering doing smoothies for breakfast or a shake (also not real food, I know). But I need convenience.
