E367 damaged antenna connector

We are unable to send a picture to our repairs team to do an assessment. You will need to take it to the store (preferably the one where you purchased it as they have all your details) and they will follow the process from there.

I must say it was all right before, but for testing it was subject of connecting/ reconnecting the plug on average twice a week. If it is considered extensive use, I accept it and forget using external antenna for a while, as modem can be still used with no external antenna.

Connector now fits loose and don't give connection of the shield, as outer metal barrel went off the socket. Modem had been purchased in Telkom Boulders/Midrand, but I am afraid it will be considered as a mechanical damage. Just wanted to know what is your opinion in this matter.
