We have received information that some Telkom Mobile clients’ accounts were debited before 31 January last month (some on 29 January, for example).

If your account was debited early, please let us know in this thread.

Debited our account on the 29th instead of the end of the last day (31st) of the month. In the past always debited on the last day.

hmmm Nah, 31 for me as normal.

But did get the normal cheeky sms in December from others about "Oh can we debit you early?".
