Hello all you MyBB geeks :p

I'm having another Excel problem...

http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/2039/excelproblem.png

The problem is that I want all the stuff in the second picture to appear there permanently - only once I click on the "Home" or "Insert" or "Page Layout" do those toolbars come out of the woodwork (e.g. the text colour etc.). As you can see the toolbars 'hide' rows 1 & 2 (in Picture 2) but they're absent in picture 1. (Ok just saw the picture I uploaded - you can't see that the toolbars are hiding Rows 1 & 2)

Toolbars are reactive so they should only be relevant to what you are doing at the time.
You should be able to manually toggle them with view > toolbars.

Yeah I know but for instance when I click on the "Home" tab, I press the "fill the cell with a specific colour" and then it [all the stuff on the Home tab] disappears again so I have to re-click on the Home tab to choose a different font or size for instance.

Right-click on the "Home" button, deselect "Minimize the ribbon".

Yep, Right clicking anywhere in excel opens up a whole new world. Good example is on the worksheet > view code.
