Favourite Coffee Blend

We also had Ricoffy at work. If I ever get the chance to drink warm sewage water, I imagine it will taste like Ricoffy without sugar.
 
I used to drink Nescafe, but once they only had the red decaf version, so i tried it and it was way better tasting, you will not believe how you can taste the caffeine, disgusting, i drink gallons of coffee i like it all day, easy 20 mugs a day, i couldnt do that with regular coffee id be awake 24/7
 
I stopped drinking coffee (except for the odd indulgent cup once a month or so) when I got pregnant. Just 2 more weeks and I can have coffee again !! :)

We have Douwe Egberts Reserve Colombia in the house at the moment.
 
I have not had it for years....but I loved Frisco. They used to have it in hostel. I think I must actually buy it again on my way home tonight. :-)

Two things I don't get about coffee...

One is how the hell any two people can make the same brand of coffee and mixture taste completely different.

The other is why the hell woman (in general) bother to buy small freakin coffee containers where you have to constantly refill it when a lazy man like myself is quite comfortable just leaving it in the ricoffy tin!! it doesn't look ugly or anything :mad: :D

You're right but left out the other important issue... the size of the coffee mug.

Why do woman want to buy these dainty little coffee cups (not mugs)??? Bloody hell, minimum should be 500ml !!
 
You're missing out buddy, I get Cafe Gioia imported from Italy for about R130 per Kilo! Fresh coffee beans, grind them up and you have a great cup of filter. It's excellent value.
 
Seatlle is my fav.
Usually drink house of filter coffees at work.
Have a bag of Vidae at home for lattes - not that great though.

Seattle is a bit expensive though and i am looking at cheapers ways to drink coffee.
 
Dont drink that much coffee but used to drink Nescafe then tried Ricoffy recently. Personally I dont see the difference so been on it ever since.
 
Eduscho Café a la Carte Naturmild filter coffee. Not sure if its widely available though...maybe PnP imports it?

There is also a glass here labeled "Uganda hand crafted coffee". Dunno where that came from.:confused: The powder smells a bit acidic so haven't tried it & don't think I will.

Good choice. It *should* be safe, but its just not worth it.
 
Jacobs Krönung instant. Times when I'm broke I use Ricoffy as backup.

Nooit dude, that's disgusting. That stuff makes me thing of rat piss for some reason. Almost as bad as Koffiehuis.
 
If it has to be instant, Carte Noire. Otherwise I fire up the espresso machine.

We only get Ricoffy at work and it's absolute shyte, so at home I do it properly.
