I received my FNB Connect SIM card this morning and will be testing the service on prepaid for the next few days. Feel free to share your feedback and experience.
Some questions i have are:
1. How do you check you balances?
2. How do you top up airtime or data?
3. Is top up available on the flexi option?
4. If you have an issue - whats the helpline number?
5. Setting up voicemail and retrieving voicemail - is this possible?
6. How do you port your number?

3. You can top up data and sms, but voice will be billed at the out of bundle rate

Can you port an existing number to FNB connect?
Works really well for me. Got better signal with this than Vodacom at home. Haven't had any bad signal yet...Is there any updated feedback regarding FNB Connect Mobile?
