Some questions i have are:

1. How do you check you balances?
2. How do you top up airtime or data?
3. Is top up available on the flexi option?
4. If you have an issue - whats the helpline number?
5. Setting up voicemail and retrieving voicemail - is this possible?
6. How do you port your number?

This pertains to using FNB mobile for business:

1. Is itemised billing included as part of the price?
2. Do you receive the bill via email? Can you request it to be posted to you?

Ordered a Prepaid SIM, was delivered this morning.

Signal seems very weak at my office (Bryanston, JHB).

Ive tried to dial *147# to activate the SIM, dunno if its the weak signal (Cell C?) or just a glitch in the system, but I just get an error, or the message that the "service is currently unavailable"

Other options to activate the SIM (via banking or cellphone banking) was also a dead end.

Ah well, at least I didnt have to pay for the SIM. This is going straight into the bin.

I've had nothing but great service. Received my card yesterday around 1PM, my number porting was done by the time i got home around 6PM. Excellent signal at work and at home - great download speed. All details included itemised billing online on FNB banking. I took the R200 /month contract and not regretting it at all so far

Small update;

After struggling with the SIM activation, I finally managed to get it activated.

Zero signal in Bryanston East, not even Whatsapp Messages go through.

Ill test in some other Sandton areas and update later in the week.

Works really well for me. Got better signal with this than Vodacom at home. Haven't had any bad signal yet...

Will be cancelling my Vodacom contracts at the end of the year
