No I don't think they're charges for internal transfer, I'm using a premiere check account though.
 
Does anyone know how lost card protection works with Fusion cards, and if you get the same protection you'd get on a credit card for fraudulent transactions?

Yep same here. Even at Checkers I use my phone to Tap to Pay. I think amounts over R500 don't allow for Tap to Pay so then I use my card. I need a new card anyway so might aswell get myself a black one. Mine is peeling lol

Tap to pay should work for any amount just over the certain amount you need to put your pin in, well that's been my experience.

Yep, that is how I understood it as well, but when I buy groceries, the tap option doesn't even come up at Checkers. No idea why

I stopped trying to tap-n-pay at my one local hobo Checkers as they look at me with great confusion when I do it. I found when they also first started their loyalty program, you could not tap once they swiped your loyalty card.

Since I now go to a better Checkers up the road, there are no problems tapping with them.

One would think hobo checkers staff would be into tapping more easily.

Yip, I’ve ordered my second one on Monday morning. Waiting for it to arrive… one of the new cards.

Done this for me and the wife… separate individual fusion accounts

Will cancel the old card when the new arrives.

This is just my account - two cards on the same account… my wife’s is the same on her Fusion… two cards on the same account…

Thanks @ace119. I am asking as I want to give the second card to my wife to use. However it does not allow me to customize the name on the card to reflect my wife's name. Could do this on my credit card account.

A secondary card is an additional card, in a different person's name, on the same account.
 
Aaaah!! Apology.

No you can only have an additional card on your Fusion account (same full name of account holder) Not a secondary…. With a different name, Silly I know.

Only time I could get a secondary card, with different name change is on credit card..

I also only used to have a Fusion account on Private Wealth, and I could get a Fusion Petrol card…. Now they no longer offer a Fusion linked Petrol card… so had to get a Credit Card to get a linked Petrol Card arrrgghhh.
