Isn't there a "collect" option instead of forking out another R120 for delivery? A bit harsh of a delivery fee if you consider places like kalahari only charge +-R50.

Nope, and that's not really harsh, kalahari gets to charge so little because its got a long standing relationship with its courier and ships thousands of products a month. Couriers work on a benefits basis, the more your ship the less they charge per shipment.

Personally I would pay the R120 to not do that. Walk into a branch, who does that these days. I have not walked into a branch in probably 2 years, if it cannot be done over the phone or internet i am not interested.
