FNB Global Account Card

Guys, two questions.
1. Does anyone know the procedure if you lose your Global Debit Card whilst overseas?
2. Is it possible to transfer between Global Accounts? As in transfer or 'pay' Euro's from my Global Account to my gf's Global Account?
 
I made a payment from my global account to an account at a German bank earlier, will I earn eBucks on the forex fees?
 
What is the latest time in the day that a payment from cheque account to global account will reflect. I made a payment at 3 and still waiting after 30 minutes.

I called them and apparently it can take anytime from instant to 24 hours, even if the transfer was done in business hours.

usually 6am if not instant don't worry your amount will clear and it will be at the price at the time you concluded deal.
 
I see why I was billed, they totalled messed up the visits.

The total people were 4, so 2 paying people and 2 guests.

The first visit was correct then they billed for more visits, doubt fnb will assist.

Only visited the lounge once.

Yeah so I went in with my vrou. Showed them the app. They only deducted 1 out of 10 visits :)
 
I am in the process of cancelling my US account with FNB. 2 weeks ago, while on holiday in the US, I opened my own Cheque account with Wells Fargo bank in Orlando, Florida. Now I have my own real US bank account.

Do you have usa passport or do they open accounts for sa passport holders also

Hi

Just wanted to know if there was any hassle with this?

I need to take two people into the lounge. Just received my global euro card. Do I just swipe and they record the total number of people?

Seems be issue with taking 3 people with, then the bills show I took 5 and 1 they charge me for.

I visited the lounge twice with 3 other people and they charged me for 1 guest and took 4 visits off.

have not tried to get refunded yet.

You need to apply for the Loungekey card and use that, not swipe the actual Global Account card.

They certainly send you a card and that's what I've used to enter the lounges. Well, I've used the Loungekey app on my phone, maybe if you've registered you can set that up?

The only card you get is the actual debit card.

Wait. Am I getting mixed up with priority pass sending a card? Maybe I am.

I thought loungekey also sent a card or did I dream that?
