I havent been able to find one to exchange mine with yet even though it was in the first agreed exchange date. The seem to try and hold onto stock for new sales. Will try again and see what happens.

Vodashop in Tygervalley confirmed they've got stock. If you don't come right, call me and I'll arrange it.

Would be great if VC will now sell the 2nd hand 3G cards for a low price. I wouldn't mind one for my wife's "emailing" pc :)

I have a question tho do 32K sims work in the HSDPA cards as I did not recieve one of those free 64K sims that vodacom claims to have sent to everyone last year and I'm not paying for a sim swop.

Nice, a few questions though:

Will these cards work with the ELAN Pci-pcmcia adapter?
Are they networked locked?
I am also one of those that never got a 64K sim, do i need a new sim?

Just make sure you get first in line....

Does the new HSDPA card work in the 3G router but only at the 3G speed (and not HSDPA) until firmware upgrade in June or does it not work at all?

No, at this point in time it does not work at all. The firmware in the router must be updated to support the new cards and (although in beta testing already) will be available in June.

In the meantime use your router with a 3G card and as soon as the firmware is available, swap the card.

Good idea...what are they gonna do with all the 3G cards anyway? Selling for a low price would be great...I'd definitely consider getting one.
