Hi there as i see a customer get 30m free when frogfoot do the installation so why did they refuse mine they only let me get 14 m and told me if i want it to be where i told them it will cost me 6 metres extra. So they install the router on a place of their choice not where i wanted it to be. So after they left i went and measured the distance to where it were supose to be installed and directly from the fibre box to where it were suposse to be it was only 25 meters. That is not fair towards a customer to lie. Who can help me sort this out. FROGFOOT. THANK YOU
