Also don't have a issue with torrents, it maxes out at my line speed as long as there is enough seeders

Weird. I download very little. Uploaded a LOT to Google Drive and we stream. I'll get them to reset the port.

Such a pity there is no penalty for being down. Commercial fibre and all. We should just vote with our wallets, but then again this assumes you have 2 FNOs outside your house, and for me the second FNO is VUmatel who are more expensive.

I would be more than willing to use another FNO if I had. My peers that are connected to Openserve and other FNO's have had zero issues in the past couple of years.

With FF, an outage a week is pretty much guaranteed.

Well being on LTE before this, FF is still better, Telkom/Rain lte was always down
When I was on adsl before that, 6mbit max speed and also always down/slow in evening (exchange congestion)

We dont have another FNO being in a block of flats who had a 3 year deal with FF/Blitz Fibre

I power cycled my ONT while I was busy painting now and when it booted up again, it connected at 50mbps.

Maybe anyone else stuck on their 'original' speeds still want to try the same and see if it worked?
