Your ISP should have a coverage map on their website, eg https://www.rocketnet.co.za/coverage-map/What are our options when we come to alternate suppliers or providers? Is it possible to switch away from Frogfoot in our area? I'm in Greenshields park.
Good luck. You'd have better luck figuring out how the universe works than figuring out WTF Frogfoot is doing with their network here in PEIm trying to work out the 100ms routing, must be looping somewhere?

I can mac ping another PE client at 3ms
