Same here.. Noticed this happens more when there is loadshedding.
 
I see our latency went up to 40ms again at around 10h00.

Probably some NLD fault, once again.

We are experiencing an outage in your area. Our senior engineers are investigating and trying to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We will update you when we have more news.​
 
its been up and down, have disabled the fibre as each time it changes I get disconnected from my work while the router switches over to LTE
 
Looks like the NLD to CT is down based on this network notice matching up to the latency going up this morning
And then the JHB NLD must be flapping
