Frogfoot seems to have a lot of problems in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth lately. Been using their service since they started here and it is currently down. I am in the Cotswold area and the website does not even have an option to view outages here. Yesterday it was on and off several times. Saturday the same. Friday the same. What is going on? I cannot get a proper answer from my ISP, RSAweb. Just that it is being investigated. This tells me nothing. Rather just say there is a line break or someone stole something to bring the service down. Any communication is better than "We are busy investigating". Sounds like a politician making promises before elections.

Also suffering here in Cape Town. Buggering like mad. Was down just after 8, and now again a few minutes ago. @Frogfoot Fibre this was probably caused by a weather balloon, right?

Hi there. I am experiencing the same problem in Newton Park. Also a Frogfoot customer and I have logged it with Afrihost. This is the first time I am experiencing these types of problems.

Connection seems intermittent and the latancy when gaming online is extreme.

Same here. Also in Sherwood. Afrihost said that Frogfoot was busy with maintenance, but according to Frogfoot, the maintenance have been completed 4 hours ago.
