Don't hold your breath. This is like level 1 support asking if you have "rebooted your computer or router" ...

20% packet loss with Frogfoot the entire week... consistently happens monthly during evening times. particularly unusable this month. who holds these companies to account
Apparently nobody holds them to account - I asked Cool Ideas how they allow the SLA with FF to be broken like this ?

Apparently it is "best effort" so be thankful you get reliable fibre internet even though you pay full price.

it's like ordering a case of coke off takealot and 12 cokes are missing and you complain and they say better luck next time while hiking the price 10%

Myth about the reboot

Very often people say that problem disappeared after the reboot. In most cases it actually is not true. Reboot does many things, for example, clears DNS cache, clears different dynamic entries and so on. If the reboot helped in your case, you should think what on your device is configured and what of it is cleared by the reboot. Then you can try to trace the real reason.

also been dealing with Cool Ideas level 1 support the entire week. They've told me 3 times it's been resolved - suggested I run their ping and reset my devices. They have absolutely no clue what's potting

I am becoming highly frustrated with this internet story. I can say I've had problems lately but wow it's freaking awful at the moment. Look at this rubbish!

Just sent them this on their contact us page. Not sure if should hold my breathe for a response:
I doubt whether anything would be gained by that.

They are just complacent in the knowledge that they are the sole FNO for most suburbs in PE, or that there is only one FNO alternative, which is Vuma. Openserve was caught napping on rolling out FTTH, imho.
