If the main issue is NLD's/Core and the actual last-mile is fine perhaps a local PE ISP should breakout in PE and organize their own backhaul out.Best thing we can do is campaign for another FNO to come into the region - at present, Frogfoot have a monopoly on fibre in many areas so there's probably not much incentive for them to fix stuff in a hurry.
