This is the 2nd stint for me today, as I woke early this a.m. to ours dead and FF / Axxess only sorted that technicality out around midday.Internet has been down for the last 10 min. This is very disappointing
If you have Openserve id switch to them - super stable@Afrigirl @AfriNatic With all these service interruptions that are being experienced by users on the frogfoot network these past several weeks, worse at night. If their are alternative fno providers in the area, do you recommend we switch to them ?
I have both Openserve and FF and have had no issues at all on OS - it may be the old Telkom but it's the most stable. FF is constantly up and down - comparisonYou see @Jan , you thought I was crazy for wanting to go back to the good old telkom. The peeps want to move back to the devil they know.

Absolutely shocking in this day and age!I don't know about Enterprise, but my FTTB Frogfoot clients are all offline exactly the same as FTTH. No difference in reliability at double the price.
Ah the internet in Newton Park is really bad again.. drops every few mins

Frogfoot fibre went off every 10 minutes last night - from 7:30 till about 8:40 or later. Was too gatvol to continue trying to do something online.
Does anybody know if the FF fibre to home uses the same infrastructure as their enterprise offering (proper 4 hour SLA etc)? We are putting in some redundant links and FF is one of the bidders.
