Also in Garden Route, connection dropped briefly a while ago. I'm with Telkom as ISP, not Afrihost, so given the comments here it looks like a Frogfoot problem. Again.

If the only network operator in your area is Frogfoot, register your interest here, competition is good:

In fairness, Octotel also dropped in the Garden Route so the last outage was most likely NLD related.

Considering the young age of this NLD5 route and I'm guessing the active kit that lights it....it's reliability is shocking!

have decided to switch. troubleshooting is non-existent and support, well, they cannot fix my client services login for more than a day.

I have had Frogfoot fix issues, but seems that its not on their network. Someone else in my area isn on Axxess, and they do not have issues like I do. So I will be swopping. Been a Afrihost client since 2016, but clearly time to move on.
 
My latency on COD has increased substantially from 25ms to 87ms in the last 10 mins. Stuck there since then. Lots of packet loss in Newton Park
