Trust me when I say ISP's try and hold FrogFoot accountable, but they are more stubborn than the other FNO's. They don't like to admit that they are in the wrong, they most likely need to invest in more capacity, which they won't want to do.
I know your situation sucks but I know Afrihost is trying their best and escalating daily with FrogFoot

Well I'm down to 5mbps download speed on a 240mbps line. This is really frustrating.

Commercial contracts should take care of this on behalf of the ISP's - they should not have to beg the FNO if there is objective evidence the service is not stable.

Fair enough though keep at them Afrihost rip them a new one on our behalf please.

So Frogfoot closes a ticket every day, then the network fails again, a new ticket is opened.
Rinse and repeat.

I guess it's better than before where they got away without even admitting there's an issue on their Network status.
Keep them accountable Afrihost :thumbsup:
 
I barely have any internet at home tonight. How does this happen every few days
 
Will these people ever be able to do ANYTHING right? Absolutely useless
