Not sure what info you need. My ISP is Afrihost, maybe I should just log a ticket with them ?

And with that down again tonight. 3 weeks, no RCA and no permanent fix. @Frogfoot Fibre think it be time to move on as clearly you are not serious about operating a FNO.

I see the last outage was in Newton Park, and that was due to a fibre break which has since been repaired.

Thanks. It is the outage of 18 August which affected Lorraine, Newton Park, Woodlands, Mosselbay, Cotswold and George.
Axxess had a notice on their status page indicating most of Western and Eastern Cape FF users were affected by the outage. See from page 260 on this thread.
