Still doesn't explain what happened ; wasn't like it was a 5 minute outage but in my case from 17h15 approx, at the very least for 6 hours, but probably more like 8 or 9 (as was asleep from 11pm +/-) .

We do understand the frustration that the outage has caused.

We have requested an RCA from our technical team.

I'm finding with basic MyBB page loading, it loads 3/4's of each one (news or forum), then a hiccup until it completes it.

Other sites loading quickly, whether local or overseas.

@Captain Axxess -please test from your lair !!

Thanks. Service bounced a few more times and stabilised during the evening.

I'm finally off the struggle bus. ISP arranged to reprovision the line for me.
