No regions just what I assume are link numbers

Nope, but it was bloody slow for a while.

I've experienced the same thing every evening for the last week or so, degraded service/packet loss/high latency and decreased download speeds from about 18h30-23h00.

Pretty much what was occurring last year for several months...

Cannot use international services or stay connected to int servers during this time-frame.
