sooo what they saying is I should drop to the cheaper 50/50 package with my ISP and get free upgrade back to 100/100

They way I read it is above 50mbit will get the new pricing, while 50mbit and below will be moved to the higher speed

Yep, im seeing the same because my latency to the neighbours is like 1ms when I MAC ping them, so they must be PE neighbours.
