hopefully means low latency too

Getting 200/200 on my 100/100 package on Cool Ideas
Thought we were only getting a price decrease and the lower packages get a speed bump.

I keep on re-establishing my pppoe connection in the hopes that my 50/50 speeds return, but nothing.

I'm a tad envious of you bunch:X3:

How long does it take Frogfoot to activate a line? I've moved houses and the new one had fibre installed but the line hasn't been provisioned and I've been waiting two weeks now. My ISP (Afrihost) keeps escalating the request but Frogfoot are deafeningly silent. Anyone know an alternative route to getting Frogfoot to do something?
HelloPeter them or continue logging a call. Or continue logging calls with your ISP.

They should activate the line quickly once everything is installed. Actually pretty much within an hour, if not whilst the engineer is still running the cable to your house.

Welcome to Frogfoot though, where anything goes.

Don't try calling them as they won't let you go past the receptionist!

Not sure if the better latency is because we are on the backup link while they doing the new NLD (maintenance page still shows the maintenance as in progress) or if its the new NLD latency
