Questions around this:

1. Are the core routers the same? If so, successfully applying it in JHB means nothing if there's a model/manufacturer difference.
2. If they ARE the same, was the firmware the same on both sets?
3. Was this not tested? If it was, then it's an anomaly. If it wasn't, who's getting fired? And why don't they have a testing procedure like most IT departments have?

The first of their kind in the world? THAT says something, and MyBB should be contacting Juniper to find out more. They're not exactly a small company or new in the business.
