Is FF offering speed upgrades heading into the new year? I ask because my employer handles billing of my line, so I don't know if there are any upgrades/increases planned going into 2023.

Also, what day would be complete without a Frogfoot outage:

Yep, received a mail yesterday from Cool Ideas that the 50/50 is being upgraded to 80/80 at no extra cost, FF is also increasing prices, so it won't be a free upgrade on all ISPs.

Ive heard a few people getting emails from their ISP saying there will be price increases. Nothing from my ISP that i know of yet. I wouldnt mind a speed upgrade

Axxess advised our 200/200 is going up by R100 a month with a 50mb speed bump:

I might downgrade to 150/150. Only time we ever use the full 200 is when uploading family videos to Google Drive. Why should they get R100 more a month for the same user experience our side.

@PBCool when will Openserve reflect for Sunridge Park / Fernglen in Port Elizabeth on your product page ?

I've contacted your support and it's an absolute mission to migrate from (spit) FrogFoot to Openserve with you.

Very convoluted process: I have to cancel the entire product I have then apply for a new one. However I can't even start as OS is not shown as an option.

Meanwhile - I have a ticket number and email from Openserve directly who say the Fibre is active and they want to come install it.

Come on guys, make this easier.

you should be able to order directly off OS website for CI
