Is anyone else battling with Frogfoot fibre? getting 15mb on a 150mb line

About 7mbps on a 40mbps link here. It's been this poor for about two, maybe three weeks now where it crawls in the evenings.

Local speed tests appear to be good, but try doing an international for the actual results.
