Live in Goodwood, Cape Town. Nobody is providing fibre to the area yet but there telkom fibre running through the main road which is 180 meters away. Are there any fibre providers that will install fibre to my residence so I can ask for quotes?

180m is pushing it, trenching is R500/m

do you live in a complex or a stand alone property

ISPafrika is offering Telkom Openserve Fibre (4 Mbps for R599 pm and 10Mbps for R799 pm),
free installation, free wi-fi router and free VoIP line

they won't be able to help you if one of the upstream providers (OpenServe, Century City Connect, Frogfoot Networks or VulaCom) do not cover your street.

go to ISPafrika's website and check the coverage for your street http://www.ispafrika.co.za/ftth/

otherwise send them a support ticket at http://www.ispafrika.co.za/support/ with your street address - Garth Hobbs is usually quick to reply.
