I've seen a lot about fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) lately but there doesn't seem to be anything available for this on the East Rand, in particular Kempton Park. Most are JHB North, JHB Central or Pretoria.
Any idea when fibre will be more available on the East Rand and which providers have this on their list to do? Timelines would be good to know even if it's just estimates.
A lot of people in our area are keen to use FTTH at an affordable rate for VOD, Cloud Backups, CCTV so interest is there but now the infrastructure is not.
