I have. Working well, battery life a little worse though. Not sure if its my usage though, haven't tested it properly.
Upgraded mine and did a factory reset.

Lolly pop really given this tablet a nice refresh. Not bad considering mine is close on two years old.

Me three! I also upgrade to 5.1.1 (the 605P) via an official Samsung rom from Sammobile.
Installed and did a factory reset...seems to be running perfectly.

Grabbed the 5.1.1 from sammobile the other day. Good to hear it works well, I'll install tonight.

I saw on gsm arena this morning that there is rumour of a 10.1 2015 edition coming.

The upgrade did wonders to this device. I'll be very reluctant to buy another samsung tablet though.

I bought my tablet without a mobile operator, so I have whatever the latest version of Android from Samsung is -- I think it's still 4.4. I don't know if it will ever get an upgrade now. What should I load onto it instead?

Still has the same ancient pre-loaded version of Twitter, last updated "March 2016" -- yeah, right. Can't install from Google Play.

My twitter stopped working a while ago (5.1.1 done ages ago).

Contract is up for renewal, and I don't know what to get as a replacement.
It seems that Samsung went from flooding the market, to having very few worthwhile choices - correct me if I am wrong.
Apart from the currently available S2 9.7 or Tab A with S-Pen,
There is the new 12-inch Galaxy TabPro S2, but that seems ages away
There is a possible new Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S Pen, but is just a rumour for now.
And then there is another rumour: Galaxy Tab S3 9.7.

All oems have stopped or limited the tablets being released, the market is very different to the cellphone one. In fact don't think sales are as high anymore
