Things are a bit tight financially so I am trying the cheapest beans I can find locally. Got this at Checkers on specialy for R260 for 1KG. It's not amazing, but taste better than the Terbidore coffee I had last week.
I just recently finished my 1kg bag of that same beans. I kinda liked. After those beans were finished, I started using Jacobs Origins Brazil & Columbia. It was on a massive special at Checkers Hyper a short while ago, I paid <R200 for a 1 kg bag of beans.
I just LOVE it! One of the better tasting beans I have had in a very long time.

Haven't seen it for that price. But only have a spar and checkers now. Would buy enough beans for a year.
If there was more, I would have taken another one or two bags. The Checkers Smart Shopper saving was something like R168 off the regular price.
