its funny that people that support this rubbish thinks it will stop with statues.

the types who cry over this will just find the next thing to project their problems onto.

being praised for throwing a tantrum does nobody any good.

The right hey :) I think you could tag, Muslims, Asians, Africans with all those labels as well given their history or perhaps you just don't know your history all that well), yes, including racism - how did they treat the Khoisan, or other tribes for that matter that were "different" from them.

Us humans aren't all that different after all.

This is the latest addition to this horse**t outrage narrative out there and I'm sure there's more to come now that we've officially left all reason and logic at the door.

R.I.P. to race relations in the US, I'm actually starting to think SA is doing well in that regard.


Stop resisting arrest.
Stop attacking cops.
Stop treating an arrest like a boxing match where the winner gets to go home.
...And above all else... STOP COMMITTING CRIMES.

Statues have been toppled throughout history.

Boudicia toppled Roman statues in England. English rivers were littered with Roman statues.

The revolutionary Americans toppled English statues in America.

Society endured and flourished. America and England most certainly did not fail after some random statues of their oppressors were toppled.

Some statues carry significant meaning and sometimes that meaning is no longer relevant or palatable.

Has Germany collapsed because there are no statues to Hitler?

Has Poland or Prague fractured into bits because Stalin statues were removed?

Xhosas and Tswanas intermarried with them. They were not different physiologically. Just cultural aspects that were different.

Which movement was a farce? Boudicia sent the Romans packing, leading to the foundation of England as we have now. How is that a farce?

The end of communism saw the end of Stalin statues. Was the end of communism a farce?

The expulsion of the English from America, saw the birth of American Independence. Is that a farce?

They probably should. It's still a bit early, the whole situation still needs to play itself out, but the a statue to commemorate the communists uprising of 2020 would be very appropriate.
