Getting over ex's: How do you do it?

Been dealing with it myself; been a month now. I fell into a depression to the point where I had to consult a psychologist. The best advice she gave me was to allow myself to feel what I'm feeling - it's an outlet. She also told me that it'll be a long process so be patient with yourself.
 
Gym while playing skyrim/online multiplayer, keep a low profile... then make your big comeback and upgrade.

Hahahahahahahaha

I will probably immerse myself into skyrim - as far as getting an upgrade, I think part of the pain is caused by what I am losing, this is one of those once in a life time girls - foreign/exotic/ the body of a goddess. Only + side is 16 year age gap which means while im still young and verile she'll be aging ^_^

and uhm ....if i had to look back and say damn she has the best bod and stuff ...i would have killed myself long ago

So maybe its not such a bad thing after all. I'll be honest, I don't know of many couples with the age gap that big who made it work (the man being the junior that is)

She is a little older, but is one of those girls that everyone looks at, heads turn, in clubs people stop dancing to watch her (men and woman)
 
Enjoy time with family and friends, also get out more.

Than see what you can do from there.
 
When you in bed at night keep running the bad things he/she did to you, all the bad things you can remember about them...just keep on running it over and over in your head untill you can feel a fire of hate burning in your tummy. Also, every time you think of him/her, run to the toilet and stick your finger down your throat till you start to gag. Kinda like aversion therapy for ex's.

Took me a year or so...but everytime I now think of my ex I dont feel a longing...but a anger that makes me want to slap a ginger bewusteloos.

Well, thats how I dealt with it. Use it...dont use it. :whistle:
 
Time. Make it pass by as fast as possible by doing things to keep yourself busy and your mind occupied.

Then one day you wake up and realise. I'm so over her!

dude theres alot of woman .....if your type is a hot bod woman which most guys are then you will get someone

i mean i had ex's that were everything and if i had to say oh oh im not going to get another one like that i would have been depressed ...therefore dead
 
oh I was just talking about the combination of Foreign (Russian), stunning, spontaneous, and insanely cute (personality). How many of them do you see walking the streets, but luckily im still relatively confident, so my heart is shattered but my ego is intact. Thanks for advice everybody - some of it helped (Specially the don't drink) I will be avoiding that - last thing i want to do is embarass myself by drunk dialing/begging
