Yeah modern geysers are really nicely insulated, my heat pump normally heats the geyser back up to 55 at around 6pm and by 5am it's down to maybe 52.38c sounds like you are radiating a lot of heat. Even if I left my geyser powered, it would mabe kick in for 10 to 30 mins late at night to boost temp. I turn mine off at 3pm, we use it that night an it comes on again around 9am or earlier depending on sun. Its more than hot enough, we still add cold water to ours a lot.
Maybe consider geyser blanket? But modern geysers are pretty well insulated. Ours is outside even.
