It's not much advice as "go klap gym" but advice about getting into shape. If you feel good physically your confidence will show and the chicks will pick up on it.

OP you need to work on your self confidence. Ask any woman. They cant stand a man with low self confidence. The opposite is also true. There is nothing woman find more attractive than a man with confidence.
