Also clear data and cache.Very strange then cause its completely unclickable (search) from my N5. It has never worked at all from day one. Maybe I should uninstall then reinstall?

Semantics... Closest to vanilla then.
Interesting... I might just give it a shot. Care to post some screen shots?Have you tried the new Cyanogen CM12 builds yet? I flashed it the other day using MultiROM. I have stock 5.01 triple booting with CM12 and Ubuntu Touch. Even though it's a Nightly build, CM12 seems to run quite stable. I just need to setup my ringtones, extra apps etc and i'll move to it permanently. Ubuntu Touch is also a lot more responsive and usable than I expected but it lacks WhatsApp and I can't get push email to work.
Kewl thanks. And any shots of Ubuntu?
Thanks. That is very cool. Of I get some time, I will play around with Ubuntu.
Thanks yeah. I used it for a while on KitKat to test the preview. Excellent "app"!I suggest you use MultiROM to set it up. That way you can use Ubuntu for testing and Android for daily use. Also, MultiROM allows you to remove and add ROM's without affecting the main OS.

What's even more interesting about MultiROM is that the developer setup his own Ubuntu Touch update server and builds and pushes updates independently of Canonical. On the list of Ubuntu Touch devices on Ubuntu.com, they mention his server. The Nexus is not officially supported by Canonical but thanks Vojtech Bocek, it has the nearest thing to official support that you can get.
Does MultiRom run in complete parallel to other operating systems? I.e. you have to have another set of apps for (say) for each OS
or
It shares app data across OSs?
I get that the different OSs will have to be separate from one another, but how does sharing of app data work?
Running the same on my nexus
