Does anyone know where I can purchase the Nexus 5 locally?
Seems there are bad reviews on Orange & I can't find it on Esquire.

Was mugged today, and my trusty Nexus 4 taken :( So I'm also in the market for a 5. I'm sure Esquire used to have? But ja, not any more it seems?

Otherwise I might just get another 4.

Edit: What does refurbished mean on the Orange store? Link.

It just mean that the device had a problem for example a faulty speaker but now it's repaired and a lot cheaper bought the nexus 7 refurbished just waiting for delivery. You do get a 3 month warranty so if anything goes wrong it will be repaired or replaced. Hope this helps.

Bought my N5 from Orange, had no issues and service was fast. I was eyeing the red N5 on Orange because the prices were not bad but I see they've been pulled...

Yeah I see the N5 is no longer available. The refurbished phones are phones that had problems, we're returned and repaired and are being sold as new for cheap.

Just got an email from Orange. They no longer stock N5. Guess I'll have to go for the HTC.

I got one of the last red Nexus 5's from Orange. Unfortunately, they did not have the wireless charger that was part of the deal. They did however refund me for the charger. I already ordered a Nexus wireless charger with the official red bumper case from Amazon.

So I've ordered my new Nexus 5 and am looking for a new case,
Specifically one that is branded with "Google" or "Nexus" at the back.

Something like this
or this

Does anyone know where I can get a branded case similar to these.

The Google bumper case has lots of bad reviews and Orange does not seem to stock anything N5 anymore.
Unless I have to cave in and get it from Amazon which I'd prefer as a last resort.

Thanks

Another question. Where do most people get their protective cover from?

Dunno. I love the naked feel of the N5. I got a leather sleeve to carry it in, but no permanent covers for me thanks

Isn't the OTA Lollipop available yet?

Yes. It is available. 5.01 was released a while back but we are still waiting for 5.02. Cyanogenmod have released CM12 (5.02) for the Nexus 5 but it's still a Nightly build.
