I saw it!

I nearly went mad as the sky looked like bright daylight in the middle of the night for two seconds and then it disappeared again.
Looked especially freaky with the clouds

I have seen this on two occasions in KZN before, once was about a month ago, when travelling at night, it went like daylight with 2 bright, different coloured flashes. The whole sky was lit up.

Another occasion was around a year ago down KZN south coast. Same thing
