Just got GTA 5 for PC. I've played it before on console. Interested to see how it will play out on PC with better graphics and more mods. Feel free to share any bugs or mods you come across and as well as how you find the game-play.

Also got mine today. Haven't played it before though. Looking forward to it.

Not sure why there is an odd smell when you open the box....

Picked mine up at 4 pm today and started installing around 4.30. Decided to pull the plug on disc 5 at 7.30pm because Eskom are about to load shed at 8pm, nice! Oh yeah thats right folks... 65GB install off 7 discs.. many hours required but not enough power to finish...eish. Might have to wait until the weekend to try again.

Ahhh... takes me back to the DOS days, where games came on 7 disks... FLOPPY DISKS! Good times! :p

My download is still only half way. Looks like I'll be playing tomorrow. Looking forward to getting into the multi-player and using the Rockstar movie editor.

Been hearing it's a bit buggy but I'm seriously considering flogging my PS4 to get a better graphics card and screen.

Yeah. Got home at 5:15 started the install. Pointless, power went off 6-8:30. No kind of resume on offer. Started install again, finished 10:15. Update rockstar client, 55mb. Then oh hi, 5Gb download. 9 Hour remaining. Guess I will give it another go tomorrow.

I think the most disks I've ever had a game include was Riven. Geez that game had so many disks.

What speeds are you getting? I'm sitting at about 80KB/s ATM :(

I assume you're downloading through Social Club? I'm only prepared to buy GTA V on PC if it's through Steam. I'll probably wait a year or so until a decent discount comes along. I've basically finished GTA V and GTA Online on PS3, so not in a particular hurry to play it again. My backlog of other games is massive anyway. I could go years without any new games.

lol everyone pre-orders the game, takes 2 days to install/patch before you can play. haha.

Im just jealous my laptop wont run it :p

Whats the pro's of actually getting a physical copy? Yes, I get it that you dont have to download the entire 60GB. But are there other advantages?
