I have had my modem for over a year now and it decided to stop working over the weekend. I have contacted an Iburst rep (Gcebile is not in, but she reffered me to a colleague) and he says the modem only carries a 1 year warranty.
So now I am stuck in the last few months of my 24 month contract (of which the modem was included) without the use of the service.
That, or I fork out another R2699 for a new modem to use in the remaining months of my contract :erm:
