Available PCIe lanes?

This is the part that im trying to figure out....does it affect GPU performance?

"Towards the board's center and bottom are two full-length PCIe slots, with the top slot operating at PCIe 4.0 x16, and the bottom slot locked down to PCIe 3.0 x4, with two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. From the above, can I assume (Slot PCIe 4.0 x4) + (Slot PCIe 3.0 x4) + (Slot PCIe 3.0 x4) = 12 PCIe lanes?
Does that mean 4 PCIe wasted?

The CPU #Max is 16 PCI Lanes as per Intel website

It's all dependent on the number of available PCIe lanes. On most motherboards when installing two gfx cards they run in x8 mode. Some times when installing devices into the other slots the second slot may also run in x4 mode.

The CPU itself only has 16 PCIe lanes but the chipset provides additional ones. If you count all of the lanes that can run together it's a lot more than 16. The GPU should always run at x16 unless you install something into the second GPU slot.

Thanks! In my case, just one GPU at 16x, so that should not affect the M.2 speed/lanes on the Z590 Gaming X?

I would first investigate the China Malls in your area to see whether they have anything suitable. Take along the specifications and dimensions of the battery or the original if available. Most of these batteries are not original so I have no idea about the quality. Geewiz sells one for R535.
