A little late to the party, but I picked up some uniview cameras from their entry level range and I am absolutely blown away by the quality versus the price.. I previously had hikvision cams, priced about 1k more than the univiews I got and it's miles apart, not too mention I now have variable lens, 4 -13mm..

The 1TB SSD is at R999 which is only R100 more than the Evetech cheapest 1TB so not too bad.

Insane. As cheap as 1TB 2.5" hard drives. The day many of us dreamt of a few years back! Let me buy a few.

I also bought one. It has a decent TBW for the price vs the Evetech ones which is relatively low.

I got 2 x of the 500gb drives last time they were on special. Want to soop up the ladies in the offices pc's. Still have to get round to it. Any advice on what software to use to clone their current hdd's to the new SSD drives?

Maybe someone else can advise on cloning. I haven't done it yet, but I'm also keen on a suggestion or advice how to do it.

Macrium Reflect is good but there’s plenty of others, just google it.
 
Love my Takealot Pickup Point. Not the closest, but often convenient due to being near the highway. Ordered my Rogueware 1TB SSDs and a few other bits and bobs at 13:45 today. Collection SMS received at 19:45.

Same for me. Ordered yesterday when I posted was available for collection 7am this morning. I also got the 8GB ddr4 value ram for my server. Price seem very reasonable.

Awesome. I've been meaning to buy some of their RAM – thanks for the reminder. I see the chips are Rogueware-branded. I wonder who the OEM is. Guessing Hynix or Micron...
