Sorry if I was the cause of your hardship! Have only had good results from him. I'll PM you the store owner's WhatsApp number which I found via his Carbonite store listing.

Will see if he respond? If he doesn't we all know to avoid.

I'm just sharing my experience and when something goes wrong how it is handled

The phone's biggest issues from what I've seen:
Weaker battery and warming up if in poor signal areas. Slower charging rates too.

I'm more often than not at my desk lately, so not sure it'll be a big issue.
Accessories seem like a bit of a mixed bag too - quite expensive, unless you go aliexpress, but looks like they send via SAPO

You can also have a look at myus or AGS for international shipping.

PC International: Ive bought 4 laptops from them over many years and never an issue.
One of the laptops had a serious hinge failure (whole LCD enclosure was destroyed) and they sourced good parts and repairs the device in a week.
Brilliant service and pricing.
Most of the products they quote for are in stock and you can collect on the day.

That should have been a warranty replacement, not a repair.

Philips OneBlade for R329, worth it just for the blade and USB charging cable, if you've never tried one I have never seen them this cheap, they also work great:

Two original replacement blades cost more than the device? Are there any cheaper blades available or is this like a colour laser printer where they sell you the printer at a very low cost and then rob you when you need to replace the toner cartridges?

OK I see that you can get cheaper replacements on AliExpress ...

The blades last a long time.. my first blade lasted two years..

Many thanks for the feedback. They mentioned 4 months in the listing which is why I thought that replacement blades might become an issue. Two years sounds very reasonable and there appear to be affordable replacements if necessary.

I clean mine with a toothbrush and isopropyl. Also lasted 2 years.
